Legal Basis
The legal basis for obtaining consent is Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 7 GDPR. The legal basis for processing to fulfil our services and carry out contractual measures is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The legal basis for processing to comply with our legal obligations is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. The legal basis for processing to protect our legitimate interests is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR, taking into account the state of the art, implementation costs, and the nature, scope, circumstances and purposes of processing, as well as the varying likelihood and severity of risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.

Right to Withdraw Consent

Data Retention and Deletion

Unless otherwise stated, data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for its intended purpose and no statutory retention obligation applies. Statutory retention periods: 10 years under §§ 147 AO, 257 HGB · 6 years under § 257 HGB.
Contact Inquiries
When you contact us (e.g. via contact form, email, phone, or social media), your details are processed to handle your request in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Your details may be stored in a CRM system and are deleted when no longer required, with a review every two years.
Hosting and Email
Our hosting provider processes inventory data, contact data, content data, contract data, and usage data on our behalf in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and Art. 28 GDPR. Server log files (page names, dates, times, browser type, OS, referrer URL, IP address) are retained for a maximum of 7 days unless required for fraud investigation.
Social Media
We maintain profiles on social networks to communicate with customers and inform them about our services. When you visit these platforms, the terms and data processing policies of the respective operator apply. We have no influence over the data collected by those platforms.
Third-Party Content
Our site may embed content or services from third parties (e.g. YouTube, Adobe Typekit fonts, Facebook plugins, Twitter). Embedding such content may cause your IP address to be transmitted to the third-party provider. We use this only on the basis of our legitimate interests per Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
